SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Maison de Paw. Below you'll find all the information you need about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Spain: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions While we always aim to deliver within the timeframes above, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather events, public holidays, customs delays, carrier disruptions, strikes, or other force majeure events. Maison de Paw is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
